My goal is to create a quiet “Zen-like” atmosphere in which to tangle or draw with other Zentangle enthusiasts.
We all need a little “me” time, a time just for you. This is a free event opened to the public.
Come work on an on-going Zentangle project or start a new one!
Feel free to bring some resource material, such as books or your iPad to search tangle patterns. A good source is www.tanglepatterns.com.
You may wish to bring a little portable battery operated light.
Guidelines
Quietly drop in anytime
Quietly work for about the first hour
Show and Tell last half hour
No phone calls
Silence your phones to adhere to the “Zen” atmosphere
To keep the “Zen” philosophy of the event I ask that you keep your small children and babies at home.
NOTE: If you would like to share one of your projects with us, I would like your permission to post it on my Facebook page.
If you have any questions please Contact me (here).
I am looking forward to our Tangle Friendship Club gathering. Bakersfield needs a social artistic group of artists for creative people like you. Hope to see you there!
